Next-generation firewall
A business-grade firewall with intrusion prevention and web filtering, configured for your office rather than left on factory settings.
Firewalls, segmentation and remote access, designed rather than inherited.
Network security is the set of controls that protect connections into and inside your office: the firewall at the edge, separate network segments that keep guests and devices apart, secured Wi-Fi, and encrypted remote access for staff working elsewhere. Its job is to stop an attacker reaching your systems, and to limit the damage if one does.
In many offices the network was set up once, by whoever was available, and has not been looked at since. The firewall runs years-old firmware, guests share a network with the accounting PC, and staff connect from home through a remote access tool nobody remembers approving.
We design the network so each part reaches only what it needs, harden the edge, and give remote staff an encrypted way in. Then we keep it maintained: firmware updated and configurations backed up before every change.
What is included
A business-grade firewall with intrusion prevention and web filtering, configured for your office rather than left on factory settings.
Separate networks for staff, guests, phones, cameras and printers, so one compromised device cannot roam the whole office.
Business Wi-Fi with strong encryption, a guest network that is genuinely isolated, and coverage planned for the space.
VPN or zero-trust access for staff working from home, tied to their Microsoft 365 sign-in and MFA.
Firewalls, switches and access points kept on current firmware, with configurations backed up before every change.
Firewall and network events retained and watched, so unusual traffic is noticed and past activity can be investigated.
Questions
Not necessarily. We review what you have first. If it is still supported and capable we reconfigure it; if it is end-of-life or missing core features, we explain the options and costs before recommending a replacement.
Splitting one flat network into separate zones with rules between them. If a guest laptop or an old camera is compromised, it cannot reach your file server or finance systems, because the network does not allow that path.
Yes. Remote access runs through an encrypted connection that checks who the user is, including multi-factor authentication, and which device they are on before granting access to anything.
