Areas we serve

Managed IT across Calgary and the towns around it.

We are based in Calgary. Support is remote first, because that is how most issues get fixed fastest, and we come on site across the city and the surrounding towns when a job genuinely needs someone in the room. Businesses elsewhere in Alberta are supported remotely.

Calgary

  • Calgary

Calgary is home. We support offices in every quadrant of the city, from downtown towers to the industrial parks of the northeast and southeast and the business parks of the northwest and southwest.

Most requests are resolved remotely, which is usually the fastest route to a fix. When a job needs hands on hardware, such as a new network, a failed switch or a desk move, an engineer comes to you.

North along Highway 2

  • Airdrie
  • Crossfield
  • Carstairs
  • Didsbury
  • Olds

North of the city, Highway 2 links Airdrie, Crossfield, Carstairs, Didsbury and Olds. Airdrie is a city in its own right, with many businesses whose staff split their week between there and Calgary. Further north, the Mountain View County towns of Carstairs, Didsbury and Olds are home to agricultural suppliers, trades and professional offices, as well as Olds College.

Much of the work here is making a small office behave like part of a bigger organisation: shared Microsoft 365 files, Teams calling and secure remote access that work the same from any site.

East of the city

  • Chestermere
  • Langdon
  • Strathmore

Chestermere sits on the eastern edge of Calgary around Chestermere Lake, Langdon is a hamlet in Rocky View County, and Strathmore lies further east on the Trans-Canada Highway.

Businesses here range from home-based offices to agricultural and industrial operations with buildings spread across a site, where dependable Wi-Fi coverage and a properly segmented network matter as much as the desktop.

South and the foothills

  • De Winton
  • Okotoks
  • High River
  • Diamond Valley

South of Calgary, De Winton is a hamlet in Foothills County on the way to Okotoks, a town on the Sheep River, and High River sits a little further down Highway 2. Diamond Valley, formed in 2023 when Black Diamond and Turner Valley amalgamated, is in the foothills to the southwest.

Practices, clinics, trades and retailers here often run lean, so managed support tends to replace the staff member who has been looking after IT on the side, alongside their real job.

West and the Bow Valley

  • Cochrane
  • Bragg Creek
  • Canmore
  • Banff

West of the city, Cochrane sits on the Bow River and Bragg Creek is a hamlet in Rocky View County on the edge of Kananaskis. Further out, Canmore and Banff are in the Bow Valley.

Hospitality and tourism businesses in the mountain towns see a lot of seasonal staff turnover, which makes a tidy joiner and leaver process and managed devices especially valuable. Most support for the Bow Valley is delivered remotely, with site visits when a job needs someone there.

Elsewhere in Alberta

Most of what we manage, including Microsoft 365, security, backups and the service desk, is delivered remotely. Businesses in Edmonton, Red Deer, Lethbridge, Medicine Hat and anywhere else in the province get the same service and the same response targets.

Not sure whether you are in our area?

Ask. If you are near Calgary we can almost certainly help on site, and if you are further out, remote support covers most of what a business needs.
